Our phone lines are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
During our core business hours of 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday our friendly UK-based call centre is on hand to take your calls.
Outside of these hours and on weekends you’ll go straight through to one of our on-call emergency engineers who will be able to arrange delivery directly with you and will aim to fulfil your order within an hour.
Unlike many of our competitors, we never pass on the costs of delivering our product to you. That means we will never charge a separate call-out fee, even on emergencies and we’ll never pass on the cost of parking fines, congestion, ULEZ, fuel, or travel time.
We may need to occasionally charge for the collection of essential parts or parking, but this will be kept to a minimum and confirmed with you prior to collection.
