I would highly recommend Heatsy to anyone looking for a boiler service. Lee arrived promptly and carried out a thorough inspection of our boiler. He recommended a few problems that needed fixing (new flue, magnetic filter and system flush etc).I then rescheduled an appointment with Heatsy to carry out the recommended work. Lee arrived on time each day, kept me informed of his progress, he was very tidy and finished the work within the scheduled time frame. He was also very accommodating and installed a thermostat at short notice.Since the service, my boiler is working more efficiently and my home is heated in no time. They also sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was working ok. Their service was first class through out. I am a very happy customer and will definitely use them again.

Was extremely helpful and explained what needed doing and was honest about what I needed to consider. Once he had finished and I messaged with an enquiry my engineer offered to come back and have a look. They sent a follow up message to ensure everything was still working and to check it was ok. Heatsy completed our boiler repair quickly and efficiently.We called at 12pm and were offered two appointments, 4-6pm that evening or 8-10am the following morning at a lower rate. As it’s winter and mom was visiting from the US we decided to get the emergency appointment.The engineer called and text before he arrived and kept me updated throughout the work.Coming from the states we’re used to great customer service and I must say Heatsy made me feel right at home.Your slogan should be ‘British class with American service’I’ll be telling all the other moms at the next PTA meeting 😊

I had a combined boiler service with landlords gas safety certificate.The company were very professional and my tenant was very happy with the engineer.All paperwork and certificates were emailed in real time and I could track the engineer which is a nice touch.Four stars as the appointment had to be rescheduled due to over running work.

Contacted Heatsy as they were recommended via Local Heroes website and every contact was positive - boiler was diagnosed as requiring replacement which was all carried out within days of diagnosing - Lee kept to promise to replace boiler within two days and completed the job. All relevant paper work and certificates were issued. Very impressed.

Heatsy provided an amazing service right when we needed them most.We got home from Ibiza at 6am to find the house freezing and the kitchen flooded, the boiler had burst!The engineer arrived at 7.30 the same day and managed to stop the leak and clean up, the next day he was back to fit a new boiler.Anybody who knows little Venice knows the streets are narrow, Lee met the delivery driver around the corner and helped him with his wheely thing to bring the equipment back and stayed until 8pm to make sure everything was working, I honestly can't thank him enough.Heatsy are life savers and I would strongly urge everyone getting a new boiler to try them.😍

Emergency boiler installation in West Hampstead.First and foremost I'd like to thank the whole team at Heatsy for accommodating me and going the extra mile to fit me in.My mums boiler had packed up at about 4pm and when I called to make an appointment I was initially offered a next day visit, after explaining to a lovely lady on the phone that my mother was 90 years old and we really needed someone as quickly as possible she said she would contact our local surveyor to see if he could squeeze me in that evening, he could!A chap named Lee called to confirm he'd be attending that evening and even though it was a last minute appointment his survey was reassuringly thorough and professional.After going through our options we decided to opt for a Vaillant Ecofit with a Vaillant controller.He explained that due to the time he was unable to order the materials from their normal supplier to be delivered tomorrow but, he could arrange for the engineer to collect the materials from another merchant and was very honest that this would incur a nominal additional charge as the merchant is a more expensive one.Due to the situation I agreed and paid the deposit to confirm the installation.The engineer arrived at about 9am and worked right through to nearly 10pm to make sure everything was finished that day, the work was very tidy and professional. The engineer was polite and respectful.The entire experience of working with Heatsy has taken a very stressful and worrying situation and made it less so, I'd go as far to say it was almost pleasurable!I would highly recommend using Heatsy and am so grateful for all they have done to help.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how happy I was with my boiler service in NW8.The engineer cleaned all the bits inside the boiler and did all the usual checks but he also checked the water from the taps and showed me the level of scale in my water and took a sample from the radiators to be analysed.I got a report telling me my system was in good health which is reassuring, it's a level of service I've never had and I'm extremely impressed. 10/10.

John from Heatsy installed my new Vaillant boiler about 2 months ago.We have young children so it was classed as an emergency, John respected social distancing at all times, he wore shoe covers, latex gloves and a face mask. He also used ample dust sheets and brought his own flask of tea.I'm honestly ever so impressed with their professionalism but more so their understanding that with young children we were concerned to have tradesmen in our house.I would not hesitate to recommend Heatsy to anyone.

Heatsy installed a complete new Vaillant system for us in NW9.We had a new Vaillant ecotec boiler and Vaillant water cylinder with new Vaillant internet controls.They moved the boiler from the basement kitchen to the upstairs airing cupboard with the new cylinder and we couldn't be happier.With 3 young children in the house we no longer run out of hot water half way through bath time even though they fit smaller cylinder than the one we had.

I recently had a shiny new Vaillant boiler installed by Joe from Heatsy.We had arranged 3 quotes in Camden and 1 never turned up, 1 took about 20 minutes and it felt more like a sales presentation and the last was Heatsy.Lee was very polite and asked me a few probing questions to get an idea of what I wanted, I was keen on Vaillants IQ 837 boiler but Lee insisted I would be better off with an EcoTec 825, which is about £600 cheaper.Joe was very professional throughout the installation and I now have an amazing boiler.
